The unique indoor-outdoor layout of the Oviatt Penthouse allows for great flexibility in party planning.

 

Our staff will collaborate with you to design the floor plan best suited to your needs. It is possible to dine, dance, conduct conferences and hold ceremonies throughout the facility.

 

In addition to the formal furnishings in the Penthouse, we provide tables, chairs, a dance floor, heating lamps and a sound system. We will arrange the furniture according to your specifications.

 

The Oviatt Penthouse is an off-site catering venue. This means that a formal meal would be prepared at your caterer’s facility and brought to the Penthouse to be garnished and warmed. We offer two well-stocked food preparation areas, including sinks, refrigerators, an ice machine, a barbeque and an oven (see below for a full list of amenities). Please contact us for a list of suggested vendors experienced at staging events in the Penthouse.

In addition to the fees listed above, the Oviatt Penthouse requires a $1,000 security deposit, which will be refunded within 30 days after the function (assuming that no damages occur).
